Annual Yearly Membership Fee:
Registration Procedure: Registration for Study Groups and Lectures is on a first-come, first-served basis. All ILR activities are open to members only unless otherwise noted and are subjected to availability and change.
Annual ILR Membership
Grants you access to an array of exciting opportunities, including:
- Fascinating Study Groups led by knowledgeable facilitators where you can explore various
subjects and delve into meaningful discussions with fellow members.
- Inspiring Guest Lectures by esteemed experts from diverse fields, providing insights
and perspectives on a wide range of topics.
- Organized Day Trips to local attractions, museums, and cultural events, giving you
the chance to expand your horizons and enjoy the company of fellow learners.
- Engaging On-Campus Events that foster connections, friendships, and an environment
of continuous growth and intellectual stimulation.
Please note that additional fees may be incurred for materials, books and off campus activities.
Study Group Fees for Fall & Winter 2024
Tuition and Fees:
8 week sections: $50 fee
4 week sections: $25 fee
Lectures & Workshops:
Per Session: $10 fee
Those interested in attending the lectures must register before the scheduled lecture date.

Farmingdale State College Auditing Program
Per Class: $50 per class for Fall or Spring Semester.
Participants will only be allowed to audit one class per term.
Registration is by approval from Professor only.
At this time no activity fee courses are to be audited without paying the additional fee.
Auditing Classes
Spring 2024 will offer auditing through Institute of Learning and Retirement. The charge will be $50 per class. Auditors will not be registered into classes until the add/drop for matriculated students has been completed. Students are still in the process of registering for available courses.
This semester, the registration will be completed online through the link below. You may fill out the form now, and will not be added to the class of choice until the first week of September, if only if there is space available. Payment will then be made by credit card you will receive an email once you have been registered into a class with an amount due for desired course.
