- The Heating Plant crew regularly checks and maintains mechanical rooms and campus building equipment.
- The Heating Plant is staffed 24/7, 365 days a year, monitoring and adjusting the Building Management System (BMS) as necessary.
- The Heating Plant responds to emergency calls and elevator-related issues off hours, weekends, and holidays.
