I am the President of an international coaching, assessment and training organizations that aligns professional performance with business objectives. My specialty is helping individuals and organizations develop cultures where change, continuous improvement, and higher levels of achievement are the norm. As a Consultant, I design and facilitate global organizational programs on strategic management, organization development, leadership and leadership development, human resources management, change management, diversity, and business ethics. I am a conference and program speaker on these topics. I also design and facilitate training programs on numerous business topics for these topical areas, plus provide assessment and coaching, as needed. Client companies range from global international organizations to small and mid-size entrepreneurial organizations.
As an Executive Coach, I draw on a wealth of business experiences within public and private companies, including service as Chief Ethics Officer, Vice President - Human Resources, Executive Committee Member, and Change Agent. I have worked for various well-known companies such as American Express, Chiquita Brands, Hoechst Marion Roussel, William Morrow, and Applied Graphics Technologies. To-date, I have participated in and/or led over 1000 "change integration" initiatives stemming from organizational restructurings, mergers, acquisitions, etc.
